Hotari is not Finnish - it sounds more like Japanese to me! But Huotari is a rare Finnish surname. Kuuluva is a Finnish adjective meaning "loud", not a name. Jukka is a very common male name in Finland. It is a very "processed" variant of John.

Re:moreAnd Aetii.... well, it's certainly not Finnish! "Äiti" is the Finnish word for "mother", though....

Re:moreAetii is a very early name occurring in Russia (800s or so). Not sure that's it's "Russian" due to the age, but it supposedly means "eagle".If memory serves, it was also the name of a Gaulish tribe defeated by the Romans (but maybe not, since memory's serving less well than it used).- Da.
