My daughters name is Da'Kyla and I would like to know the meaning of this name. She is a very inteligent, and bright yourg girl. Everyone tells me it's such a pretty name and want to know what it mean. My responds is all way "Beautiful One", but I would like to know the correct meaning.

Errr, anyway... Dakyla has no meaning, it is made up... Sorry.

It's certainly not "beautiful one". It's just Kyla with the common name prefix Da' attached to it. Da' itself is absolutely meaningless etymologically.
