You didn't mention whether you wanted boy's or girls names, but I think these all mean something similar to what you are looking for...
Eliana (f) - God's gift?
Shiloh (m or f) - God has given?
Nathaniel - something similar
Samuel - God has heard
Sorry, I don't have the meanings in front of me, but if you look them up you can get the exact meanings.
Hope this helps.

Using the search feature on the home page..
Typing in "God" and "gift", clicking on "meaning" and choosing an "and" search I was able to find only one biblical name meaning "gift of God": Nathanial. Names with other origins that mean "gift of God" are Godiva and Dorothea (female) and Theodore, Devdan and Bogdan (male).

Spelling mistake and one more....
Nathaniel, not Nathanial. Also "Elkanah" is a biblical name that means "created by God"
