It looks like a made up name. A combination of Isabella or Anabella + the word "felíz" which is Spanish for "Happy". The sufix "bella" means "pretty" in Italian and Spanish, but the word "bela" does not exist in Spanish or Italian. So basically, Felizbela doesn't have a specific meaning.
