Since you're unlikely to be named for the town in the Netherlands, I'm gonna hazard a remote guess that Breda is a nickname or variant of Brigita, which has the English equivalent Bridget. The name Breda doesn't appear as a distinct entry on either of the Slovene name sites I checked.
