I personally don't care about twin names with the same letter. They are going to share the same birthday and (sometimes) pretty much the same looks - they don't need the same initials. But that's just my opinion... If you insist, why don't you try Devi and Diana (they both mean divine, but Diana is Latin and Devi - sanskrit)
