I know that is is french their is a street in New Orleans, Louisiana named Michoud. I am a female and my ancestors are
cajun french. I have looked and I just want to know some history of the name who was the 1st Michoud and what does it mean?

...you can read a little about Antoine Michoud, a 19th century French plantation owner in New Orleans who was perhaps that same Michoud after whom that street in New Orleans was named. You'll read in the article how Lockheed named their plant after him, as well. You might also want to try your public library there in Louisiana, and see if they have a local history collection which may have more detailed information on Antoine Michoud.
The name "Michoud" is a French diminutive of "Michael", which means: "Who is like God?"
