Siona
I babysit for a little girl named Siona for my second job. Her parents told me it is Hebrew and means High Point, Pinacle, or climax.

It may not be derived from Zion after all. SI means summit or climax (a sports record is also called SI in hebrew) and ON mean power or virility. I haven't seen the female form before but SI-ON is sometimes used in Hebrew as a name.

This seems to be taken from Zion, the name of the old castle of the Jebusites in the City of jerusalem. Zion is probably related to "tsiyun" (stone pillar, erected as a tombstone or road mark). So "high point" would not be too far from this.Andy ;—)
