Yep, I'm pretty sure that "Anjelica" is just a fanciful spelling of "Angelica", and means the same thing. It's a name becoming more popular, possibly due to it being the name of the actress Anjelica Houston, who played the character of Morticia Addams in the Addams Family movies.
Now, "Morticia"... THERE'S a great name! :)
