We hardly had winter at all this year in New York. Bummer. :-(

Yeah...sigh. Could have used a little more snow and a lot less rain here. Curse you, global warming!

On the other hand...
...I'm grateful that tonight was mild. Just flew my latest rescue from LaGuardia Airport to his new "forever home" in Buffalo, and got the phone call a little while ago that he'd arrived safely. It's only a 1-hour flight, but I don't really like resorting to air-travel for dogs unless it's a last resort.
Ahhhh... I can now kick back with a glass of celebratory wine tonight. :)

Don't think I've ever met a Minpin. Was surprised to find that they are really cute dogs, even Derby! Hope he's truly happy in his new home. :) Barb
