My name is Kjirstin. I am named after my great great grandmother. I think it is swedish, but not sure.

Kjerstin is a common name in Sweden. Modern spelling is Kerstin, but the "K" is still pronounced soft. A variant of Christina.

Could be a form or Kirstin. J pronounced as a long i, yes?
