Never seen or heard my name with anyone

This name I have, I have only known my mother to have it. Our family is from Spain and have lot of German in us as well. I would just like to know if it has any meaning? Thanks

On the other hand...The word's root could (unlikely) relate to "isle" or "sol" as in solo, one, alone...

I assume this Ysolina to be your surname? It is listed a few times around the net as a surname. But I'm too tired atm to look properly for anything.
