What does the female name Cesia mean? It was my cousin's name, she was born in 1904 in Poland, and she was Jewish.

PS: I'm thinking of a short form of Cesaria / Caesonia or something, or an alternative spelling of Keziah...?

The huge list "Foreign Versions of English Names" at

does indeed list Cesia as a Polish form of Cecilia.

Hard to judge the quality and the reliability of this list, however...
