Gives a saint named Tillo, also known as Thillo, Tillon, and Tilloine. But it has no saints named Tilo, sorry.
EDIT 1: Evidently Tillo's already in the database. Click on the hyperlink to see what it means.
EDIT 2: Sorry, I didn't see that you'd already checked the database. I'll still bet that Tilo's just an alternate form of Tillo though. Sorry, I don't know how to pronounce it either.

I didnt think there would be but since my grandparents (dad's parents) tended to do that I figured it might be worth a shot.
