Need to know meaning of female name ABILAH and origin

I found the name Abilah in a book th eBlack Pharoah but I cannot find a meaning or true origin, I have seen it cited in 1500's USA and also in recent Ethiopia but no one seems to know the origin or meaning.

Please help,

It's not Biblical. I checked the definitive reference source (Hitchcock's) and no joy; just goes from Abijah to Abilene (a male first name meaning "father of mourning".) Good luck.

I am still trying to seek the meaning of Abilah, if I have a daughter in 4 weeks time it will be her name- help....please!
