I'm trying to find the meaning of "Guylene" It's a female name, the bearer is from Cameroon.
It is pronounced ghee-LIN. The "gh" is the same sound as the 'g' in "goat"

I think it's a form of Ghislaine, sometimes prononced ghee-len. :)
