I like all those sets. Not my faves, but pretty nice, and they flow well. Not sure I would use two mns, though.
If I had twins, it'd be:
B/B: Jake Thomas and Wiley Benjamin
B/G: Georgia Cate and Wiley Thomas
G/G: Georgia Cate and Maggie Matilda
