Dario
Finally, a male name that interests me! ;) What do you think of Dario (DAHR-ee-oh, pretty easy to guess, heh)?
If I really end up latching onto it (I'm not sure if I will--I might, though), it'd make my top five for boys:
Morpheus
Edmond
Ptolemy
Nathaniel
Dario
Bit of a mix, heh. :)
Array (first person who can figure out where she got Dario from--and yes, Dario itself is from somewhere--gets ten points ;)

Darius has always been a favourite of mine and I really like Dario too. I knew one Dario back in high school who had a sister named Mica (pronounced Mee-sha) and brother named Rocco and everyone commented on how unusual the names were but never how great they were. I personally loved all their names and thought it made a great sibset.
I really like Nathaniel and Morpheus from your top boys names too.

Love it. Very cool, attractive name.
I really like Dario and yes, your favourite boys names do make one mixed list! However, in the unlikely event that you get to use all the names (congratulations on your five boys, btw), the sibset would be interesting, not bad.
I like it. I'm a huge fan of Dario Argento movies and his work, so I'm sort of biased I guess in that sense. But overall still a nice name. I think I like it's female counterpart equally as well, Daria is very nice (coincidentally Dario Argento's longtime partner was named Daria).

LOVE Dario,
I met a guy in greece a long time ago who bore this name. He was from Switzerland, and lovely, spoke 5 languages.
Can't guess where you found it exactly, but I'd say it must be a name in the lyrics of a song, of a character in a book, for you to come across it accidentally =)
Edit: I just read the other posts and saw the answer..people are fast around here!

Dario Marianelli...
...composed the score for V for Vendetta.
can I have my ten points now?

You may. ;)
To be fair, he also composed the music to I Capture the Castle, which I really love, too, but it wasn't until I got a certain soundtrack that I knew what his name was. :)

Okay, so again I ask
Have you mined the data of V's best boys and gaffers for names yet? What about the name of the third assistant director for reshoots? ;p

Thank you very much! :)
And for the record, the soundtrack is brilliant!
