Yeah, sure. It was a girls' name in mediaeval times. Christian was the everyday form of both Christianus and Christiana - since English is not a gendered language.
I wouldn't use it personally because it's too loaded with religion. I say this despite knowing a man named Christian who isn't even christened. His parents just liked it.
