I adore it ...
on one hand, but on the other I'm not sure its a name that could really work into adulthood. I think it would be a lovely nn for a really classic name like Elizabeth, Mary Louise (as was the case in the book IIRC), or Sarah. I'd probably use it for Scarlett or as a middle name and then use it ala Vivienne Scout.
