I have the same reservations about Peter (well, numbers 2 and 3, anyway). I love the name, though. In your case, I think number 1 is a big one. I don't know if the family could get over that.

I do think of the month August when I see and hear the name August. It's not a favorite of mine, I prefer Augustus.
