People in my Spanish class
At the beginning of the year, my Spanish teacher gave us the option of using Spanish names in the class. It's taken me awhile to learn everyone's names, but I think I've finally got it-- a list of my classmates, their real names on the left and their Spanish names on the right. Spellings may be off a bit.Caitlin-- Catalina (me)
Deanna-- Mariposa
Julia-- Julía
Raschelle-- Rosa
Haley-- Emilia
Kristin-- MargaritaCalvin-- Calvín
Luke-- Sancho
Chris-- Cristóbal
Zack-- Mario
CJ-- Roberto
Robin-- Rico
Justin-- Pedro
Connor-- Benjamín
JD-- Adolpho
Will-- Angel
Javarrick-- Pablo

"Madelina Catalina Rustopina Wannadanna Hoco Moco Poco was her name"
(clap, clap)Sorry I just have to do that every time I see the name Catalina. This looks like fun, what you guys are doing with the names. If I was in this class, I'd probably pick Rosario as my Spanish name.

Caitlin-- Catalina -like the "cat" part here
Deanna-- Mariposa -never heard of Mariposa...nms though.
Julia-- Julía -pronounced Hoo-lee-ah..though, ¿verdad?
Raschelle-- Rosa -like Rosa..prefer Rosalind
Haley-- Emilia -too popular for me.
Kristin-- Margarita - love it.Calvin-- Calvín -nms
Luke-- Sancho -Like his real name, but not his choice in a name.
Chris-- Cristóbal -interesting.
Zack-- Mario -nms
CJ-- Roberto -nms
Robin-- Rico -nms
Justin-- Pedro -nms (can you tell I'm glad I do not live in a spanish speaking contry?)
Connor-- Benjamín Like the real name, not the Spanish one.
JD-- Adolpho -reminds my a Adolf Hilter..no no
Will-- Angel -like..no matter if it is pronounced oddly
Javarrick-- Pablo -I met a Pablo while in Mexico so while the name is nms, it does bring a smile to my face.My favourite Spanish names(coming to mind this late) are Estela, Allegra, Mercedes, and Selita.-Seda*

Reason #1 why I should register: Adolpho should be "Adolfo".
