Raine/Hannah
I seem to have pretty good combos that I like and most people like as well (which is a first for me). But no one really seemed to be thrilled about Raine Leah. I havent found a great first name for Hannah so hows:Raine Hannah?Or should I forget Hannah? (Too common to use as a first name)I cant seem to find any other (common) classic names that strike me though. But I really LOVE Raine.

I just don't think it flows well or anything, and maybe too much of a contrasting of styles

If you're going to try to pair another classic name with Raine you need to look for one that has:
two syllables with the emphasis on the last syllable (like Louise)
four syllables with the emphasis on the third syllable (like Alexandra)
three syllables with the emphasis on the last syllable (like Eloise)Here are some suggestions that work rythmically:Raine Eloise
Raine Louise
Raine Alexandra
Raine Mariana
Raine Elise
Raine Miranda
Raine Katerina
Raine Corinne
Raine Pandora

I don't like the flow of it. To me it sounds like a command "Rain, Hannah"; like you you are telling Hannah to Raine. Hannah, I like but agree with you about using it as a middle name as opposed to adding to the multitude of newborns with the first name Hannah. Raine isn't really my style, though I do like Reina.
To my ears short names tend to sound better as middle names so I think of any good middle names for Raine, except maybe Elizabeth.

2 things (Evangeline and Johanna) NEED OPINIONS!I really like the Evangeline for some reason. I think its partly because a huge impact on my is a friend of mine and part of his screen name is Evangel. This guy is like a big brother to me when I am at college. He is graduating this semester :'(. Would it be weird to use Evangeline to honor him?
I really like Johanna too. I think of Hannah but with Jo in front of it...which I like but could never use a Jo/Joe name (my dads mn is Joseph and I would never honor him). I wouldnt think of my dad with this name. I think I would spell it Johannah to get the full Hannah affect. What do you think? With the backgrounds, which would you use? Which flows better?Raine Evangeline (e VAN je leen)
Raine Johannah

i like it, but Hannah Raine seems to flow better.

I like both Raine and Hannah, but they don't flow together. Too many N-sounds I guess. Also, since Raine is a one-syllable name, I think a three-syllable middle name would work much better. A name like Raine Hannah both looks and sounds "incomplete", IMHO.

Hannah is great, and not common imo, contrary to Anna. Rain is better than Raine.

I like Raine, but I'm thinking maybe another name to go with it. Hannah is pretty common. :(-Seda*
