I have a soft spot for Jorja. No idea why. That said, I would go with Georgia. It will bu much less confusing to people and looks more professional. Plus, if she ends up going by George -- Jorje loosk really silly. Also, since j makes a y sound in some many languages you are bound to get some people who think it should be said your-ya. At least, I wouldn't be surprised if you did.
