I am biased when it comes to Julius because I am so in love with the name Julian. I really prefer Julian - it has a much more pleasant sound imo. To me there is only one Julius & that's Julius Caesar. As for mns I would probably go for something that softens Julius somewhat. Julius Alfred seems like the best option from your list. The only other alternative I can think of now is Julius Everett.
