Catherine Elise - LOVE this! Looks so perfect. I like Catherine with the C and Elise is such a sweet name, and it fits with Catherine perfectly!
Catherine Jane - Sounds good
Catherine Rosalie - Sounds pretty, but it is close to Rosemary. But I didn't think of that until you mentioned it.
Catherine Augusta - Don't really like /august/ names.
Catherine Audrey - Haha, my grandmothers name, too! But it makes the name kind of to old fashioned.
Catherine Felicity - A litte long, but I LOVE the name Felicity! Sounds cute!
Catherine Eleanore - I kind of like it.
Catherine Margaret - It's okay, but the combo makes it seem a little... Catholic-ish? Kind of like Rosalie/Rosemary.
Catherine Theresa / Tessa. - I like this combo! Pluss I love Theresa with the H. If you like Tessa, it would work better as a nn then an actual mn. But I preffer Tess as a nn. :]
