I kind of like Abraham, but there are terribly strong connections to both Lincoln and the Biblical figure. Not bad ones, mind you, but strong nonetheless. I would love to see a little boy named Abraham, though. It's not trendy or overused, and it's old-fashioned and has personality. :) I prefer Abram, though, with the nn Abe. Not too fond of Bram. And no, I don't think Abraham Joshua is "too Biblical".
