And is Evangeline ok to use as a twin name for Scott Evan, or is Evan/Evangeline too much? If you think it's too much, what would be a good twin name to go with Scott Evan? Maybe Corinna Jasmine, but I don't know.

As Corinna Jasmine is a very beautiful choice, however, I like Evangeline and I think It would go good considering that they are twins. So I don't think its to much in my opinon I would use Evangeline. Its a very beautiful name. And Evan is only Scotts middle name so that makes it not to much. Because it would be Evangeline and Scott :)
