WDYT? too oldfashioned?

Lovely, Elegant, Classic, and timeless.
If I have a daughter, there is a high chance that her name will be Evelyn!

I tkink it's beautiful (and handsome, it's one of the few names I like on a girl and boy, the latter thanks to Evelyn Waugh). I prefer the EEV-lyn pronunciation over the EV-a-lyn or EV-lyn.
Oldfashioned and beautiful.
This one's on my name list.

No, I like.
I like this name, esp as a mn. I also like the Serbian (and probably others) translation, Evica.
I have family from Serbia, I like Evica too
It is not too old-fashioned a all! I think it is a beautiful name. Actually it's my number 2!
I love it.
However, it's one of those names I can't see myself as using. It does bring to mind an older woman, but it won't for long.
It's quite pretty, very feminine. Just...not for me.

Beautiful . . .
And not at all old-fashioned, given the current trend for reviving the names of the first two decades of the 20th century. A little Evelyn would currently share her classroom with as many girls named things like Ivy, Violet, Sophia as she would girls named things like Caitlin, Hayley and Emerson.
I love Evelyn partly for itself and partly for its association with a particular movie character. It's such a soft name, and Evie is a spunky nickname.

I know an Evelyn, she's in her 80's now.
Old fashioned? Yes! But make no mistake, it's definitely a good thing! :)
Love it. It may be a bit old fashioned, but then I like old-fashioned so that is a plus for me. I think it is very sweet on a little girl and lovely on an older woman.
i don't think it THAT bad. It may of been used way back when but I still think it's very nice and useable compared to some of the other names used back in day.
Love it.
WAY to old fashion. I really dislike it. I was horrified when I found out I was almost named this.
