Fergus is unattractive sounding to me, but the only Fergus I've ever heard of was the bratty younger brother on the Nickelodeon show from the 90s, "Clarissa Explains It All". :b I adore Gus as a nn, however, I just prefer the full names Augustus, August, and Angus more.

I thought of Ferguson too. I think of a really obnoxious and nerdy boy. Fergus just sounds really unattractive to me. Gus is very nice though, with another fullname.
