Emma Vs. Emily
I am having trouble deciding between two names: Emily and Emma . I like the spelling Emmalee for Emily, the more common spelling. However, Emma is a family name. (there are no Emily's that I know of in the family). Also, my two favorite middles names are Katheirne and Kaitly. Emilly sounds better with Kaitlyn, and Emma with Katheinre. Here are my combs:Emma Catherine
Emily CaitlynorEmmalee CaitlynWhich one do you like better? Any suggestions.

Emily Catherine would be my votebut as that is not on the list, Emma Catherine would be my favourite.
Please don't spell Caitlin, Kaitlyn. It is hideous and made up, please spell it Caitlin or use another name.

I think both names are equally nice and classic, but they are a bit too popular right now for my tastes. If you really cannot choose between the names, you could always name her Emma Leigh Catherine or Emma Catherine Leigh or something along those lines. Although calling a child by two names is nrms, it would be a good solution for you. That way, you could always go with just Emma, or call her by both her first name and one of her mns and call her Emma Leigh. Also, I prefer the spelling Emily to any other, but if you like Emmalee best I think Emma Lee/Leigh looks similar but slightly less trendy. :) My favorite out of your list is Emma Catherine, but Emma Leigh Catherine does give you more options.

Emma Catherine is gorgeous and classy. Emily Caitlyn is trendy and Caitlyn is misspelled. Emma sounds much warmer and more sophisticated, while Emily just sounds popular and tired.Emmalee is hideous, sorry. Please don't.

For me, since Emily and Emma are both extremely close in sound and popularity, its hard to make a distinction between the two. Since you seem to like both equally, but one is a family name, I think Emma would be the best choice if you choose to honour that family member. Emily Kaitlyn/Emmalee Kaitlyn
Emma KatherinePersonally, I find that both names go equally well with each middle name. However, Emma Katherine seems endlessly more classy and mature than Emmalee Kaitlyn.I'm a little confused though. In your message you spelled both Kaitlyn and Katherine with a K, but in your combinations they are both spelled with C. Which one are you using?

I like both spellings, so I used both.
