Antonia (edited)
Flute has rubbed off on me, and I'm really liking the name Antonia lately. I prn it ahn-TO-nyah. 1. What do you think of it in and of itself?2. I dislike the NN Toni, so how do you feel about Ana / Anna with it? Alternately, since I'm using the -nyah prn for the end, would you consider Anya (Ania?) as a NN? I don't know that I'd use it, but just wondering.3. Does it fit with my other names (Henry, Oliver, Cora Genevieve, Adelle Cecelia)?4. Combo suggestions, please.
Edited: WDYT of Antonia Pearl?TIA

I like it a lot, but said ann-TONE-ee-ah.I love Anna / Ana as a nickname! Toni is awful, I agree. Anya would work too.Yes, very nicely.Antonia Pearl is gorgeous!

I love Antonia - too many people seem to. It isn't special anymore :(My favorite nn for it is Ant, personally (if you can get an animal as a nn, always do! They're the cutest nns, like Octopus or Octy for Octavia, etc.) Anya would work. And Antonia definitely works with Adelle, Cora, Henry and Oliver (all of which I like a lot). It's as classy as any of them, and I don't think you should worry about it and Adelle starting with the same letter. My brother's and sister's names both start with A and nobody ever notices.

I like the name a lot and I think it's very pretty. I think Ana/Anna or Anya/Ania could work as nicknames. I like Tonia (with the O prn. as OH). I think it suits your other names well. I'm not so great with combos. Antonia Pearl is nice, but Pearl is nms.

I love Antonia and I would be very happy if I could use Antpnia on my own child some day.
I love the NN Toni, and I think that both Ana and Anna are to common. Maybe Nia?I think it fits with Henry,Oliver and Cora, not Adelle Cecelia.I think Antonia Pearl sounds great.
Another prn is ahn-TON-yah, thats how we prn it here in Sweden. Not big differens but anyway :)

I love Antonia! It's a strong name for a girl. It certainly goes with your other names because of it's historical (ancient Roman) feel. I know it sounds strange, but I was considering Onia (after the ancient Greek region of Ionia) as a possible nn. I wouldn't dismiss Toni as a nn too quickly - there is the wonderful author Toni Morrison as a namesake. My suggestion as a combo:
Antonia Muse

I simply love Antonia, no explanation why though.
Anya could would as a nickname if you introduce her as that to people. I don't like Toni as a nn.
Antonia fits best with Henry and Oliver. Cora Genevieve and Adelle Cecelia have a different feel then the others.Combo ideas:Antonia Renee
Antonia Samantha
Antonia Grace
Antonia Rose
Antonia Marie
Antonia Mary
Antonia Phyllis
Antonia Joann
Antonia Fern
Antonia Claire
Antonia Josephine
Antonia Giselle

I find Antonia a little cold and standoffish by my standards, but it's fine on someone else's child. I hate Toni too, but Anya is very workable.Henry, Cora & Antonia work fine together, and Adelle and Antonia are fine together if you don't mind having two kids' names starting with the same letter.Antonia Pearl is adorable!

Thank you!Isabel is usually boring if pretty to me, but I love this spelling, and it's nice with Antonia. I also like it with Clare and Edith. :)

I love the name Antonia, it was the name of myself as a fantasy princess when I was a child. I agree, I dont like the nn Toni, and I think you could make Anya work.
My name is Karina, and I got Reens, Reenie and Reens from it. The trick it to just tell people that her nicknames Anya. Personally I like Henry and Antonia, Antonia and Genevieve, however I don't really like Adelle and Antonia. Im not a big fan of alliteration with siblings. For a combo, I like Antonia Jade.
