I like it (and Rae). It is nice and to the point and stong/sweet.
I think it is acceptable on its own, but it is a great NN, and I think you could get creative for the FN.
Copy/pasting sometimes cuts off the asterisks, so I won't put the address here, but if you search on the main page with *ra*, you'll get every name in the database with the letters RA in it. (I'd do Ra* and *ra*), and while not all would work, a lot would, so you never know.
I kind of like Rainier (which in my mind is prn differently than Rayner for some reason, more like the -NEAR sound then the -NER sound) or Ramses (secretly ADORE Ramses, actually). That all being said, though, I don't think it needs one.
