Contessa
What do you think of this?

It is a well know Middle Ages Jewish name, not used anymore today. It's cute.
Barefoot Contessa
I'm afraid I'm always going to think of the lard-loving chef Ina Garten's show, Barefoot Contessa.

Aw, I like her show. Much better than that twit Sandra Lee's!
And perhaps you have "lard loving confused with another, um, healthy eater of a cook. Ina is way better than Paula "I use so much butter that Food Network sculpted a bust of my head of out the stuff for my talk show" Deen, whose show I do like, but wow, that woman uses pounds of the stuff.
Um, anyway, I'm not fond of the name Contessa, sorry. :) I'm easy sidetracked.

Bleck. I don't like that name. I do however, like the names Tress and Tess.
Somewhat frilly, but unique and classy.
