The pronunciation is nice, but the spelling looks kind of crowded. I have heard Teresa pronounced te-RESS-a before anyways. In fact, it's common for the -es in Teresa to be pronounced more like -ESS in other languages. I don't think that you have to respell it for this pronunciation.
