I LOVE Shiloh for either gender. I have for 10 years.
I know Angelina & Brad have a girl named Shiloh, but that would not stop me from using it, afterall they don't own the name.
I think it's a great name, and nice history besides the battle.
ETA: but with the LN like that I'd never use Shiloh.
