It doesn't do much for me, but I wouldn't mind meeting one. I'd use Adina if you wanted it pronunced ah-DEEN-ah and Adena if you wanted it pronunced ah-DAY-nah.
Thank you for not using Edina, BTW. As someone who lives in Minnesota, I hope I never meet a little girl who shares her name with that suburb. :P
