Penelope
I like Penelope more and more, and (drum rolls!) my husband actually likes it. The only problem is that I'm not too keen on the NN Penny. There's nothing wrong with Penny as such, it is just so ... boring.
Do you think that a Penelope would get called Penny, automatically?
Can you think of other NN's that could work?
Is Polly ok for Penelope (even though it is not a traditional one) ?
Pella, Pe... ?Thanks in advance, and christmas cheers.

I'm of the same mind - I like Penelope but NOT Penny. Polly could definitely work, but I'm personally not crazy about it. I prefer Nell, Nellie, Ellie or Ella. :)
