Re: Lilac

Your grandmother's names are positively lovely. :) I'm thrilled to hear she went by Lilac, though. It's as if that sort of gives creedence to the fact that Lilac can age well and not be stuck as an infantile/juvenile name.
I adore Lilach, too. Two of my favourite combos are Anina Lilach and Aviva Lilach, but I always worried that the glutteral sound at the end might detract slightly from the prettiness of the name.
Thanks for all the suggestions!
I like:
Lilac Miranda
Lilac Sofia (one of my other favourite combos is Sofia Lilac)
Lilac Ramona (Ooo! New fave alert!)
Lilac Ophelia
Lilac Frances
Lilac Philippa
Lilac Susannah
Lilac Vivienne
Lilac Margaret
I have a lot of potential McCombos to sort through!
