The nn is fine. Names do not have to 'fit' together. As long as you like both names, that's all that matters. I hate it when people choose names that they think 'fit' together and avoid using names they like just because they have it in their head that they don't 'fit'. Use the nn Tommy if you want to, if it fits your son then use it. Don't worry about it 'fitting' with Charlotte.
