It seems like a very quirky and peppy name to me, which is appealing. The English teacher I had freshman year has a daughter named Zoe, which I thought was interesting. She's the only Zoe (little or not) I know of personally. It's not a name I'd use (because I have other names I prefer), but I do like it.
