I like it (I'm a bit partial because I'm a bit Slovenian). I think it is pronounced KSEN-ee-yah or KSEN-yah.

KSEN-ee-ya or KSEN-ya, I would say. it's a form of Xenia, and I'm pretty sure it's only americans who say "ZEEN-ya" with a z.

it's not my fave name personally, but it's a cool-sounding, attractive name. I know a Xenia and the name fits her very well.

I would pronounce it 'kuh-SEN-ya'. I know of a girl named Ksenia. I'm probably alone, but I really like that name.

Not very good, IMO. I'd say "ZEE-nee-ya".

I have no idea how it's actually pronounced, but I automatically think k-sen-EYE-a. Maybe it's because I've seen a similar-looking word which was pronounced that way.
