Karolina
I asked a little while ago if I should use Carolina or Carolena based on the fact I wanted it to be pronounced care-uh-LEE-nah. Thanks Steph for the idea of Karolina. It looks really pretty and should be pronounced right. I'm not sure what names would go good with it, here are some I like with it, WDYT??
Antonia
Daniela or Daniella
Georgia
Gabriela
Tatiana
Eliana
Britta
Jordana
Any others?? Any boy names??

I would still pronounce Karolina like the states. Since it has four syllables I would use a shorter mn. If you really want the -lena pronounciation I would spell it that way, most people will assume it's with the -line pronounciation (cah-ro-line-ah).
I still prefer it with the C. Caroline/Carolina spelled with a K looks harsh.

I would pronounce Karolina just like Carolina if I saw it. I much prefer Carolina, no matter how you intend to pronounce it.
.Catherine Ann Genevieve.

I personally would still say that like the state name.
I still think Karolina may be prn like Carolina (as in the state). With spellings these days (ex, my mom had a boy in class named Decodah (Dakota)) I still think if people would say Care-o-LIE-nah for Carolina they would say it for Karolina, but if you like the spelling I still thnk it's nice, I just don't think it will automatically alleviate the problem.

I like Karolina paired with Antonia, Daniella, Gabriela, and Eliana. Karolina and Georgia seem a bit too U.S. theme-y even though the spelling and pronunciation of Karolina differ from North Carolina and South Carolina in this case.

I think you may want to spell Karolina with an "e" instead of an "i" to get the "LEE" sound you wanted. As far as siblings.....
Daniella, Gabriella, Tatiana, Eliana all sound good with Karonlina.
Also, maybe...
Estella, Georgianna, Gianna, Alora, Lorina, Isabella.....

I like Estella and Gianna.
My favorite off that list is Gianna. = ]
Are these for middle names? Siblings?
Siblings, sorry!
