SHAR-lot. Which in my accent is a bit like -laht and more like -lut. I try not to say -let or -lit because part of what I like about this name is the sound of the vowels, but those are what I usually hear (let and lit). I've also heard SHAR-LAWT from Americans (can't tell what syllable they're stressing but they're drawing out the vowel O)- mirfak
