I love it, though as an atheist it would be a bit awkward for me if I ever decided to use something quite this biblical. I think it's a really cool name, though. The sound is good, it's interesting without being too 'out there,' and I love the potential to use Manny as a nickname. I also like the variants Immanuel, Emmanuelle, Manuela, and Manuel (though Manuel does tend to remind me of Fawlty Towers).
