Well, I don't know anyone with FN/MN nicknames in real life. But I do have a few characters like that.

Lorelai Elizabeth (Ellie Beth; also goes by Ellie)
Katherine Isabella Rose (Katie Rose; also goes by Kate)
Charlotte Alexandra (Charlie Alex; also goes by Charlie)
