Since it was the sibling's name and not the infant's name in the announcement, there is a reasonable chance that Touchdown is the child's nickname and not his official birth certificate name. Stravinsky is a very interesting surname transfer. You don't see composers or classical musicians get namesakes in this way very often. The only fairly common one is Haydn, and that is probably being used as an alternative spelling for Hayden by a lot of the parents who give it instead of being pronounced as "HIGH-den" like the composer's name.
