I like Sabrina best for a first name. Sabine is ok for a mn. It is a river in Texas so that's the first thing that comes to mind for me.

I prefer Sabina. Sabina is a beautiful, exotic name. I really like it.

I know a little girl called Sabina and she's absolutely gorgeous, so I'm biased. It reminds me of a shy but friendly girl who has a witty sense of humour. Little Sabina will definitely grow into her name!
