Names of five Swedish sisters - WDYT?
Dad: Rolle (probably a nn for Roland)
Mom: Emma
Daughters between 8 years and a month: Nathalie, Daniella, Philippa, Alexandra and Mikaela (Mih-kah-EH-lah)
I think the names go very well together; they are all classic, international and longish. Filippa, Nathalie, Alexandra and Mikaela are all among the top 100.
Being a name nerd I notice that all names except Nathalie are female forms of male names and end in A. But I don't think anyone else would notice this.
- She said he made a racial slur!
- Racial? She is Swedish!
- Maybe he called her Meatball.
"I’ve given it a lot of thought, and I’ve decided to be spontaneous."

Nathalie - I love this name! And the spelling is lovely :)
Daniella - Very pretty!
Philippa - dnmsaa.
Alexandra - Another name I love...gorgeous!
Mikaela - I prefer it pronounced like Michaela, but then, I'd prefer the "Michaela" spelling. Not bad, though.
Jennifer Nicole

No, Nathalie has nothing to do with Nathaniel
Nathaniel and Nathan are two biblical names of Hebrew origin.
Nathalie, Natalie and Natalia have Latin origin and mean "Birth of the Lord".
Though if you wanted to have a female Nathan/Nathaniel to honor someone, I think Natalie/Nathalie would be a good idea. But technically they are not related.

It's a lovely sister set. If I had to change one, it would be to eliminate Mikaela, but otherwise, very nice!
Erm...don't care for Rolle or Roland.
I have to say I prefer that pronunciation of Mikaela over all others.
Nathalie and Daniella are okay, though not highly my style.
I like Emma and Alexandra.
Philippa is my second favourite girl's name of all time, though I imagine being Swedish they stay far, far away from the nickname Pippa.
