I love Nicola. It's my favorite out of the Nicholas girl names. Nicolette would probably come second, nns Colette, Etta or plain old Nic (which I'd also call a Nicola. No Nikki, just Nic.) Something bothers me about Nicolina, it sounds like a product name. Nicole's fine, spelled Nicole only. I don't like the English pronounciation so much, I know a nee-KOHL (oh in kohl said like the o in more) and I much prefer it.
